Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them. Refund policy is available for selected eligible products only. The requested refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s original payment method within 15 working days after deducting applicable charges.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all original packaging intact.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Products marked as final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
How to Request a Refund

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 working days to the original method of payment.
Non-Delivery or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product or if your order is not delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt or expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
